SD-PB

Electro-hydraulic press brake

Twin-cylinder electro-hydraulic synchronisation with closed-loop linear scales; the hydraulic system uses imported closed-loop circuits and the CNC can be Delem or a high-end Chinese system. Maximum versatility at a good price.

SD-HB

Hybrid press brake

Servo pump control with hydraulic actuation supplies oil on demand: more than 30% energy saving over conventional machines, lower oil temperature and noise, suited to continuous production.

Suited to: volume production, energy-saving lines

SD-EB

Fully electric servo press brake

Fully electric servo drive, no hydraulic oil: fast response, high accuracy, maintenance-free; ideal for high cycle rates and clean workshops.

Suited to: precision thin sheet, high cycle rates

A fully welded frame, vibratory stress relief and gantry machining in one set-up
Closed-loop control with imported linear scales: high ram synchronisation accuracy and consistent bending of long parts
Mechanically crowned worktable with closely spaced compensation points and no blind spots
The back gauge uses servo motors with precision screws and linear guides for repeatable positioning
Expandable with multi-axis back gauge, tandem operation and robotic loading
