The band saw cuts stock to length from the cutting list, preparing material for welding and machining.
The frame is fully welded and then stress relieved to remove internal stress and reduce distortion over the life of the machine.
Two radial drilling machines cover 50 mm and 80 mm drilling capacity, with a maximum span of 2500 mm.
Vertical milling, digital-readout side milling and digital-readout gantry milling for long-part sides and large flat surfaces.
The CNC gantry machining centre machines the critical mounting surfaces in one set-up, keeping the accuracy datums consistent.
Standardised assembly with accuracy inspection and functional testing on every machine before shipment.
